3. Does the watch come with the original box and paper?

To avoid high shipping and product costs, the watch is shipped without the branded box. If you want to add a box to your order, you can do so on the product page.

4. Are the watches waterproof?

All of our Asian grade watches are waterproof but not waterproof. We do not recommend that you take it to the bathroom or the pool. Submerging the watches in water will void the warranty.

If you need it waterproof, you can contact our customer service to add an additional waterproof device to your watch for only $ 30. And the waterproof depth would be 10 meters or more.

Once the watch is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a URL to track your order. We ship with EMS or other delivery method that can expect your watch in the shortest time possible.

2 How do I track my order?

3. What should I do if I don’t receive my watch?

If the order does not arrive (seized by customs or lost), you can contact our customer service to request a refund or reshipment.
